Welding Equipment Brands We Service
We are certified to service the following quality welding equipment brands and more. If your manufacturer is not shown, call us for assistance.
Driven by Experience
Our Process
Receive
Equipment is drop shipped or delivered by the customer. An estimate is opened, serial number researched, performance issues are documented, and the machine is tagged.
Evaluate
After testing, calibration, and required cleaning, the probable cause of welding equipment failure is identified and proper repairs are evaluated.
Estimate
The repair cost is sent to our customer for review. Estimates may change due to multiple issues causing the welding equipment failure.
Approval
After the customer examines and approves our repair estimate, Dupont Welder Services orders the specific parts we need to make the repair.
Repair
The customer's welding machine is repaired based on Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) instructions. We then complete quality tests on the welding equipment.
Notification / Invoicing
We notify the client that the repair was completed and arrange for a pickup or shipment. Once the machine is placed in the outbound area, an invoice is sent.
